About the role:
As a Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform solution developer you will be part of international team advancing Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform and Copilot. By using strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach you will play a key role in addressing challenges and increasing client-facing teams productivity and efficiency in Business Services and Corporate, Investment Banking (CIB) at SEB. At the same time you will have enough room to innovate, experiment, try out and adopt the latest features of the Microsoft platform.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform

Experience with Copilot in Customer Service is a big advantage

Proven track record of creative and strong analytical skills in bridging client needs with technical solutions

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; proficiency in one of the Scandinavian languages is a plus.
