What You Will Get to Do:
The Senior Business Analyst – Digital Mobile Application is a senior individual contributor who leads business analysis across our mobile app delivery. Partnering with product owners, engineering, design and business stakeholders, this role owns complexrequirementsend-to-end and uplifts BA practice across the mobile team.
Lead requirements discovery and analysis for large or complex mobile initiatives, from problem framing through to post-release measurement
Translate businessobjectivesinto clear user stories, acceptance criteria and journey maps that guide mobile design,developmentand testing
Definemobilerequirements inpartnership with security, identity,solutionarchitectureand engineering teams.
Shapeand reviewAPI integration requirements between mobile apps and back-end services, ensuring contracts align with business and user needs.
Partner with product owners, UX/UI and engineering leads to shape solutions, challenge scope, and ensure decisions are informed by data, userinsightand technical feasibility
Support test planning, defecttriageand UAT coordination for major mobile releases
Use mobile data and analytics (usage, funnel, crash, performance) to informprioritisationand measure release impact
Understand and meet the compliance obligations of the role, and raise any risk or compliance concerns to management
What You Will Bring:
•Tertiary qualification in business, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
•6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strongtrack recorddelivering complex digital or mobile initiatives
•Demonstratedexperience leading BA work on mobile programs across iOS and Android (native and/or cross-platform)
•Working knowledge of mobile privacy,securityand accessibility considerations, and how they shape requirements and design
•Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems and drive them to a clear solution
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and senior non-technical stakeholders
•Financial services, wealth,superannuationor digital experience is highly desirable
•Proficiencyin Jira,Confluenceand the Microsoft Office suite
