This position is within the Service Planning Department, where you will be responsible for planning and providing optimal solutions centered on mobile services to meet the needs and solve the problems of corporate clients. This role is based in the Security Service Group, Solution Service Development 2 Section, where you will be responsible for product management and sales promotion of network security services.

Position Details

・Planning sales promotion measures to achieve revenue targets (e.g., campaign planning).

・Developing marketing content for lead generation.

・Speaking at external webinars.

・Coordination between sales and marketing departments (including motivating and coaching sales team members).

Work Environment
The Security Service Group is divided into teams focusing on network security and mobile security. Each team is small, highly skilled, and specialized. The organization consists mainly of young to mid-career professionals in their late 20s, fostering an open culture where communication is flat and team members can express their opinions candidly.

Mandatory Qualifications:

・At least 3 years of experience in planning/strategy.

・Strong communication skills to build good relationships and facilitate project execution while understanding stakeholder needs.

・Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

・English proficiency: TOEIC score of 600 or higher (or equivalent certification).

Desired Qualifications:

・Experience in sales promotion or marketing for security products or IT solutions.

・Basic understanding of Zero Trust or related technologies (network/cloud security).

・Project management experience.

・Experience in mentoring or training new employees.

・Experience working in an English-speaking environment.

・Mobile System Technology Certification Grade 2 (Recommended).
