The Role

This is a full-time role based in Dallas, Texas. As a Treasury Senior Operations Associate, you will be a part of the Sixth Street Operations Team and serve as an integral part of this cross-functional team responsible for supporting Sixth Street investing activities for our private credit/equity, hybrid, and liquid credit funds. Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing, developing, and recommending improvements to the investment fund’s treasury cash management strategies

• Perform cash forecasting and investment analysis

• Propose cash investment strategies including evaluating and managing sweep options with custodians

• Manage the bank account opening and closing process, and related entity management records

• Work with leadership to execute investment decisions

• Liaise with external tax provider on the annual FBAR reporting

• Report on status updates and efforts to leadership

• Provide backup to other Operations functions and assist in ad hoc requests as needed

• Assist and develop payment management & strategy related to energy, infrastructure, and agriculture investments

Preferred

• Minimum ten years of relevant Operations and Treasury experience

• Experience at an investment bank or buy-side organization that invests in liquid, private, highly structured transactions – those seen at a private equity or private credit alternative asset management firm or investment bank

• Deep knowledge of Treasury and Cash Management Operations, including building policies and procedures, while demonstrating ability to identify and implement process improvement

• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
• Candidate must possess the attention to detail focus required to meet multiple demands and deliverables
