Job Description

• Providing Configuration and Data Management support across ESA programmes and projects.
• Maintaining project documentation, baselines, configuration items and records.
• Supporting change control processes, reviews and Configuration Control Boards.
• Managing project information and documentation within approved tools and systems.
• Coordinating Configuration and Documentation Management activities with project stakeholders.
• Supporting audits, compliance activities and documentation reviews.
• Developing and maintaining Configuration and Documentation Management plans and processes.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of CADM tools, procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Configuration Management, Data Management, Documentation Management, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with configuration control, document management and information management processes.
• Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment.
• Solution-oriented mindset, with strong customer-focused communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

This job can be located either in Noordwijk, The Netherlands.
