What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be the primary functional lead owning the end-to-end design of Salesforce Billing and its critical downstream integrations, directly influencing our financial scalability and shaping the future of global quote-to-cash workflows at Trimble.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end functional architecture for subscription, usage-based, and hybrid billing models within Salesforce.

• Architect seamless, high-volume data integrations between Salesforce Billing and downstream enterprise ERP, revenue recognition, tax, and payment platforms.

• Transform high-level business requirement epics into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and technical blueprints in an agile environment.

• Collaborate closely with global finance, revenue operations, and engineering stakeholders across multiple time zones to align billing outputs with financial controls.

• Troubleshoot and optimize complex invoice generation, proration logic, and system synchronization processes to maximize operational efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience

• You possess 6 or more years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a deep functional focus on Salesforce Billing.

• You have a proven track record of designing complex integrations between billing applications and downstream ERP or financial systems.

• You have a comprehensive understanding of the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, subscription management, and financial reconciliation.

• You bring demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with globally distributed teams and working with tools like Jira and Confluence.

Bonus Points For

• Experience integrating Salesforce Billing specifically with enterprise ERPs like SAP or Oracle.

• Familiarity with specialized revenue recognition platforms, tax engines, and payment gateways.

• Experience operating within high-volume, enterprise-scale monetization and billing environments.

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
