Investment Performance & Reporting Intern - Summer 2027

The internship program offers assignments to optimize your skills and experience while giving you exposure to multiple business areas.

Job Description

• Work closely with the team to aid in investment performance calculation, benchmark & peer group analysis, including information delivery process for Board, Management, Portfolio Management and Incentive Plans. (Insurance & Mutual Funds)

• Help redesign management reporting and information delivery process for Board, Management Committees and Portfolio Management (Insurance)

• Partnering with the front office to analyzes and streamline portfolio risk and analytics reporting

• Assist in executing Private Equity accounting, financial reporting, and management reporting functions

Position Requirements

• Current Junior (Dec. 2027 or May 2028 graduation date) pursuing a degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics or related area

• GPA 3.0 or higher

• Interests in investment concepts and/or interest in pursuing CFA/CIPM designations

The applicable hourly wage range for this full-time role is $25.00-$30.00 per hour, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
