工程設計エンジニア（新製品開発時の生産工程設計）
＜職務内容＞
ハードディスクドライブ(HDD)の新製品の開発・量産立ち上げを担うAdvanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) 部門において、開発製品を計画通りに市場へ投入するために、US本社、製品開発部門、部品技術部門、品質管理部門、海外量産工場, など多岐にわたるチームと連携の上、新製品の新規生産工程の設計、試作段階での課題抽出、工程改善等、広範囲の領域を担当いただきます。チームワークを重視し、困難を乗り越えて業務を遂行してきた経験が活かせる業務です。
1. HDA (Head Disk Assembly)工程設計 リード
2. HDD新製品の量産工場への導入・立ち上げおよび技術指導
3. HDD量産工場の工程簡素化、工程サイクルタイム低減
資格
＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞
- 大卒相当以上
- 電機、家電、自動車、自動車部品、半導体等のメーカーにおけるエンジニアリング経験(３年以上)
- 新規製造技術またはプロセス・新規設備の量産導入経験
- 英語：TOEIC: 500点以上 (目安)
業務上の経験は問わないが、社内では仕様書・メールなどは基本英語となります。 - 日本：ビジネスレベル以上
＜あれば望ましいスキル＞
- 工学修士号
- 海外生産工場での新製品立上げ経験
- 製品開発プログラムでチームリード経験
- 他部門を含む部門横断プロジェクトチームマネージメント経験
- 英語：ビジネスレベル

【想定年収】600万円 ～ 950万円
月給：30万円以上 ※経験・スキルを勘案の上、決定
※資格別定額賞与（年2回）、インセンティブ（年1回）
※裁量労働制を選択の場合、裁量勤務手当を支給

【勤務地詳細】神奈川県藤沢市桐原町1番地 （湘南台駅よりバス10分）
【勤務時間】8：45～17：15 （休憩1時間）※実働7時間30分/日
フレックス勤務制度の場合：標準労働時間7時間30分／コアタイム11:00-15:00
裁量労働制の場合：専門業務型／みなし労働時間：7時間30分/日
※担当職務の内容・職務遂行の態様に基づき個別に決定します。

-通勤手当（上限15万円/月）
※電車・バス・自家用車通勤可（ガソリン代支給）
-入社に伴い転居が必要な方に対する手当※社内規定による
引越手当（独身者/単身者：450,000円、家族帯同：750,000円）
