THE POSITION
The Co-op within Corporate Treasury is responsible for supporting daily cash reconciliation and forecasting activity, management
reporting, and other ad hoc treasury projects as part of the firm’s internal cash management activities.
The Co-op will work closely with all team members to provide assistance with the routine daily responsibilities and the weekly/monthly recurring activities related to cash management. Additionally, the Co-op will have exposure to many aspects of Corporate Treasury including foreign exchange hedging, investing, and bank account management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist the Treasury team with operational functions which may include, but are not limited to:
Reconcile cash accounts and project cashactivity
Assist with daily global cashpositioning
Maintain treasury operationsfiles
Assist in the resolution of inquiries andinvestigations
Deposit various checks to bank, asneeded
Prepare the weekly/monthly cash position report
Attend monthly bankcalls
Assist with special projects and ad hocreporting
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will be working towards obtaining an undergraduate degree in accounting or finance. Prior Co-op experience in the financial services industry is preferred. Key skills and attributes include:

Please note:This co-op position entails cross-training to ensure optimal performance across functions. The anticipated start date for accepted candidates is December 2026/January 2027.

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:
$19-$35 per hourThis range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
