About this Role
What you’ll do
- Process HR transactions accurately and efficiently across existing and new HR processes, ensuring high service quality and preventing escalations.
- Deliver services within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned customer groups.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems and manual processes.
- Support audits and quality checks by ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and operational practices.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for digitisation and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and team leaders to ensure effective service delivery and issue resolution.
- Provide a customer-focused service experience while managing employee-related requests and enquiries.
Who you are
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Organisational Management modules.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and deliver tasks within agreed service levels.
- High attention to detail with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
- Understanding of shared services environments is advantageous.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR administration, or employee data management.
