About this Role
What you’ll do
- Design and govern end-to-end service architectures and support models for customer network and managed service solutions.
- Translate customer business and technical requirements into scalable, supportable, and commercially viable service designs.
- Define service delivery frameworks, SLAs, OLAs, governance structures, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with sales, solution architecture, product, delivery, and operations teams to deliver integrated multi-technology solutions.
- Support bids, commercial discussions, customer workshops, and executive-level presentations.
- Ensure operational readiness and alignment between proposed solutions and support capabilities before contract signature.
- Manage service design documentation, standards, lifecycle governance, and continual service improvement initiatives.
- Act as a key point of contact for service delivery strategy initiatives and service design issue resolution.
- Lead customer engagement programmes and support the development of operational strategies and customer experience improvements.
- Partner with suppliers and third parties to deliver effective integrated support solutions and service outcomes.
Who you are
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Voice/Data Networks, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Engineering, Service Design, High-Level Design, or Solution Design within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong expertise in WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Security, Unified Communications, and Cloud Connectivity technologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies, service management practices, service operations, and support models.
- Experience defining and managing SLA, OLA, governance, and service assurance frameworks.
- Ability to engage effectively with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver positive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working in agile environments and contributing to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Aruba SD-WAN, Meraki SD-WAN, Fortinet SD-WAN/SASE, or Zscaler certifications are advantageous.
