The Application Management and Support Manager ensures the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise applications. This position oversees application lifecycle activities, manages support teams, and fosters continuous improvement in service delivery. Supervision of acquisition, installation and configuration of authorized requests. Maintain accurate documentation in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Ensure that authorized users have proper access to applications. Enforce compliance with security and governance standards. Oversee the resolution of incidents, service requests, issues, and changes. Monitor SLA compliance for internal teams and vendors (e.g., TCS). Track app performance and availability. Set and manage downtime schedules and SLAs. Coordinates with vendors for custom configurations and updates. Communicate with business stakeholders on issues related to the application. Develop action plans for critical issues.
