Senior Consultant - Financial Services Tax & Regulatory Advisory (Geneva)

Join our Tax Services team and gain exposure to a broad range of complex tax matters across both domestic and international environments. We advise leading financial institutions, including banks, wealth managers, insurance companies, and asset managers on optimizing their business and legal structures.

To further strengthen our Financial Services Tax practice in Geneva, we are currently seeking a senior consultant. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse, multidisciplinary teams and work on a wide variety of client engagements, offering you steep learning opportunities and meaningful client exposure.

Your key responsibilities

• Support clients with the interpretation, implementation and application of regulatory and operational tax concepts, with a particular focus on tax transparency topics such as FATCA, QI and Automatic Exchange of Information, as well as related reporting obligations
• Be involved in practical, hands-on tasks, including guiding clients through onboarding rules, reviewing client documentation, applying tax calculation rules, classifying securities, and supporting tax reporting to both regulators and clients, as well as the management of operational tax functions and tax-related data
• Contribute to the development of holistic solutions, working closely with colleagues across Legal, Audit and Consulting teams, as well as with international teams across different jurisdictions
• Be involved in client secondments and on-site projects on a regular basis, making up a significant and enriching part of your work environment

What we look for 

• 2-5 years of experience in Swiss and/or international tax, gained within a consulting services firm, Big4 or financial institution
• Knowledge of tax transparency topics such as FATCA, QI and CRS
• A recognized degree in law, economics, finance, or a related field (federal diploma, bachelor’s or master’s degree)
• Fluency in French and English; German and/or Italian would be an advantage
• Fast learner with strong analytical and numerical skills, combined with adaptability, flexibility, and a collaborative team spirit
