The opportunity
Start as a Junior Tax Consultant and work with the largest multinationals in various industries and fast-growing start-ups around the globe. You will get an opportunity to learn from senior team members and gain critical skills that are essential to future leaders in businesses across various industries and positions.
Your key responsibilities
- Work closely with senior team members and learn by doing while supporting personal income tax, social security and employment tax projects for local and international clients.
- Get exposure to international work situations, including remote work, business travel, assignments and employee relocations, and help assess related tax and social security implications.
- Help prepare tax calculations and documentation, such as personal income tax, social security contributions, employee benefits, equity compensation and other employment related income.
- Contribute to the preparation of clear and well‑structured tax memos and presentations for clients.
- Learn how double taxation relief works in practice and support communication with tax authorities when needed.
- Continuously build your knowledge in employment taxation and social security while developing professional communication and teamwork skills.
- Take part in process improvement and automation initiatives, helping make everyday work easier, faster and smarter through technology and digital tools.
- Be a positive team player and support colleagues with various day‑to‑day tasks.
Skills and attributes for success
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or seeking one in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or related fields.
- Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
- Curiosity that keeps pace with the changing business environment.
- Person with a mix of communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ideally, you’ll also have some experience in Accounting or Finance.

Salary: EUR 1800 – 2500 gross.
