Responsibilities:

• Managing unsecured mails on supporting documents, receiving dan sending email related customer request. 
• RMS Follow Up, Approval & admin:
  *Supporting service team to validate request customer to ensure accuracy & completeness prior execution by Banking ops or Card ops
• Authorization :
  *Answering queries from service team related to Authorization process & managing acquiring bank for cancelling transcation. Involving contact center project to increase IVR & Digital channel penetration (Regeneration PIN CCIS & Report).

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Good knowledge in banking product & feature
• Presentation & supervision skills
• English skills both written & oral.
• Understand the Contact Centre flow process & expected outcomes.
• Knowledge of the Contact Centre environment & technology
