Senior Product Associate - Identity

As a Senior Product Associate in Identity, you play a critical role in developing and delivering identity solutions, including identity verification, identity lifecycle management, and digital identity externalization. You work cross-functionally with technology, design, and business partners to launch products that strengthen trust and improve customer experiences.

Job responsibilities

• Assist in developing and delivering identity product features by gathering requirements and writing user stories
• Support backlog management by organizing, refining, and prioritizing work with the team
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and business partners to implement features and resolve issues
• Track delivery progress, surface risks, and escalate blockers to maintain momentum
• Conduct market, user, and competitor research to inform product decisions
• Analyze data, feedback, and outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and guide iteration
• Prepare product documentation and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and team members
• Stay current on digital identity trends, standards, and best practices, and seek feedback to grow product skills

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related technology roles
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with technology and business partners
• Foundational knowledge of identity, data, security, or digital products
• Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills in a delivery environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Familiarity with technology products or financial services
• Exposure to digital identity standards and best practices
• Experience creating clear product documentation for cross-functional audiences
• Experience using data and user feedback to guide product improvements
