• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
• European background / European language skills preferred
• UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of property investment and client needs
