As Business Intelligence Manager, you will shape how analytics supports strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. This role is focused on building a strong business intelligence function, creating consistency in reporting practices, and partnering with leadership to turn data into actionable insight.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise business intelligence strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish standardized reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and governance policies.
- Oversee the design, development, and optimization of dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
- Lead business intelligence transformation and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define analytical priorities.
- Monitor analytics performance and continuously improve reporting efficiency.
- Oversee data visualization standards and user experience in dashboards.
- Manage vendor relationships related to business intelligence platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the business intelligence team.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards.
- Present executive-level insights and performance summaries.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics roles
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity is a plus
- Experience developing enterprise reporting frameworks is a plus
- Experience managing cross-functional analytics initiatives
- Experience implementing dashboard standardization; experience implementing KPI governance is a plus
- Experience implementing reporting automation
- Experience with a dashboarding tool
- Experience presenting analytical insights to executive leadership
- Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
