During your tenure in Licensing & Financial Risk team, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Contribute to business development opportunities, including proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations, by understanding client requirements and shaping compelling solutions.
- Lead Licensing & Financial Risk workstreams across Financial Risk Management, Solutions and Services, and Credit Risk and Operations.
- Work closely with clients and team members to deliver Financial Risk Management advisory services, particularly in Credit Risk Management, Credit Processes, and Operations.
- Deliver solutions and services in collaboration with team members, including policy and procedure development, gap assessments, process enhancement reports, training materials, and other project-related deliverables.
- Support key banking and financial institution clients across areas such as Credit Risk, Credit Processes and Operations, and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to developing soft skills, including communication, business writing, and other professional capabilities.
- Collaborate with large teams to deliver projects and develop proposals for private sector and government entities.
- Understand and adhere to Quality and Risk Management requirements.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the firm’s core values and consistently reflect them in day-to-day work and professional conduct.
- Apply knowledge of organizational structures, functions, and procedures to solve business problems, develop implementation methods for prescribed systems, and assess the impact of recommended or implemented changes.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in basic PC applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a general understanding of data analysis techniques.
- Engage in stakeholder management activities and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and address their most complex and pressing challenges.
- Work with clients to define the solutions and architecture required to achieve their Licensing & Financial Risk objectives.
- Take ownership of developing high-quality, impactful deliverables within agreed timelines to ensure a superior client experience.
- Support project management activities to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
- Organize insights and develop a logical, structured storyline when presenting findings and recommendations.
- Understand how business functions operate and how trends in Financial Services, Banking, and Capital Markets impact client businesses, as well as how relevant technologies can support them.
- Stay abreast of regional and global trends to address client needs and strengthen recommendations.
- Act as an advocate for Liquidity & Financial Risk within Deloitte by promoting the solution internally and building awareness across teams.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives, including culture building, eminence, and recruitment, to continuously enhance the firm’s value proposition.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience; suited to Manager level.
- Experience in business development, pre-sales and delivery / implementation is key; consulting or relevant internal-function experience is ideal.
- Masters’ degree in a relevant discipline (Business Administration, Finance, or similar); an MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic languages.
- Certifications such as CFA, FRM are a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork; demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail; ability to operate project-management disciplines and handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.
