About The PositionThe Treasury Control Analyst is responsible for monitoring and controlling the organization’s cash positions, banking activities, and liquidity to ensure accuracy, security, and efficiency. The role focuses on validating treasury transactions, reconciling bank balances, and strengthening controls over cash management processes.‍What You'll DoMonitor daily cash positions across banks, wallets, and physical cash pointsReconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies in a timely mannerValidate treasury transactions including transfers, funding, and settlementsOversee cash flow movements and ensure proper recording in systemsPerform regular physical cash counts and ensure alignment with system balancesCoordinate with banks and internal teams on transactions and issuesSupport liquidity planning by providing accurate cash position dataEnsure compliance with internal controls, approval matrices, and policiesSupport month-end closing activities related to treasury and cash balancesPrepare treasury reports and dashboards for management reviewWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field4–7 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial controlStrong understanding of banking operations and cash flow managementExperience in reconciliations and multi-system environmentsHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skillsStrong communication and coordination abilitiesNice To HaveExperience in fintech, payments, or high cash transaction environmentsFamiliarity with multiple banking platforms and payment systemsKnowledge of internal control frameworks and risk managementExperience in process automation and treasury optimizationTechnical SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel (cash tracking, reconciliation, reporting)ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar)Banking platforms and online treasury systemsData visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
