About The PositionThe Operational Risk Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating operational risks across the organization. The role supports the implementation and maintenance of the operational risk management framework in line with international best practices, ensuring effective risk controls and compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.‍What You'll DoIdentify, assess, and monitor operational risks across business units on a continuous basisSupport the implementation and maintenance of the Operational Risk Management FrameworkConduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)Identify control gaps and recommend mitigation actions to reduce risk exposureInvestigate operational risk incidents and support root cause analysisPrepare operational risk reports and dashboards for management and risk committeesEnsure compliance with internal policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirementsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field3–5 years of experience in risk management or related fieldExperience in a Big 4 or similar firms is considered a plusStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collectivelyNice To HaveKnowledge of financial, IT, or cyber risksTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of risk management tools and systems
