Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong knowledge of company secretarial practices and core secretarial work within legal environment. Hands-on experience in handling compliance-related secretarial documentation and routine statutory processes. Ability to support drafting requirements for corporate secretarial and transaction support matters. Familiarity with managing records, coordination, and documentation with attention to accuracy and detail. Proven capability to work on secretarial assignments in a structured and process-driven manner.
