SaT - S&E - Corporate Strategy :

Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support, we have the people, analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

Whether clients are preserving, optimizing, raising or investing, our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) are our five go-to-market offerings that help drive competitive advantage and increased returns through improved decision-making. Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Primary delivery responsibility in the execution of both commercial due diligence and strategy engagements Working on commercial due diligence, growth strategy and feasibility studies for private equity and corporates Involved in various business development initiatives such as preparation of pitch documents,industry notes, scope of work, etc Working on engagements across the range of services, with focus on analysis of financial and MIS information on transactions, secondary research, primary discussions with industry stakeholders and report writing Support in the creation of thought leadership and knowledge artifacts The role will evolve from engagement delivery to engagement management and pro-active business development over time. Strong analytical skills and structured thinking Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Proficiency with MS-Office (particularly, Power Point and Excel) Professional network and networking skills Ability to work with tight timelines Ability to manage client interactions Attention to detail Willingness to travel within India and abroad.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Masters of Business Administration ( From Tier 1 College )

Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience (post MBA) in Consulting/PE/VC firms
