This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of Jasara's presence in the rail and transit sector. As Senior Project Director - Rail, you will help shape strategy, strengthen client relationships, and support the development of high-impact infrastructure programs within a dynamic and evolving market.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth, client engagement, and strategic development within the rail and transit sector.
- Identify opportunities and lead pursuits across major rail and transit programs.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across clients, partners, and the broader project ecosystem.
- Support the successful delivery of rail infrastructure programs and projects.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in the KSA market.
- Experience with PPP or EPC contract management, claims and commercial oversight, or translating bid strategy into delivery execution.
- Proven success winning pursuits and developing strategic growth plans.
- Experience engaging with ministries and transport authorities, executive sponsors at Saudi Arabian Railway, major public-sector clients, or JV and delivery partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- 18+ years leading major rail or transit infrastructure programs, ideally including metro programs, Saudi Arabian Railway programs, multi-billion SAR portfolios, multi-line networks, or full program oversight from pursuit through delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; an advanced degree in engineering or a related field is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of rail project delivery, governance, and commercial management.
