TheQCT Software Automation and Tools (QSWAT)group is seekingFull-Time QA Test Engineersto ensure the quality of QSWAT tools throughmanual and automated testing. These tools are widely used across QCT Software development and test organizations.

The role involves designing, developing, and automating test cases forcloud-hosted, web-based tools. Candidates will work with modern test automation frameworks and technologies, includingAWS,SpecFlow BDD,C#,Playwrightand Pythonscripting. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with development teams and contribute to improving tool quality and reliability at scale.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of academic or industry experience in software quality engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools, includingSelenium WebDriver,BDD-based testing frameworks, andPlaywright with TypeScript.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such asPython.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with various testing methodologies, includingUI testing,automated testing, andTest-Driven Development (TDD)practices.
• Experience working withsoftware QA tools, testing processes, and quality best practices.
• Ability toplan, design, and manage overall quality strategy, including test planning and execution.
• Working knowledge ofSQL Server or similar relational databases, including experience with ORMs such asEntity Frameworkand/orDapper.
• Experience using version control systems such asPerforceorGerrit.
• Hands-on experience withcloud platforms (AWS)and CI/CD tools such asDockerandJenkins.
• Exposure tomultiple cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)andapplication performance testingis a strong plus.
• Experience applyingGenAI use casesto improve QA processes and automation efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and automate test cases usingBDD-based test frameworks, andPlaywright.
• Perform comprehensive testing ofQSWAT tools, identify quality gaps, and report defects effectively.
• Analyze issues in QSWAT tools andpropose practical, scalable solutions.
• Continuously evaluate tool quality and drive improvements to enhancecustomer satisfaction.
• Plan, define, and manage theoverall quality strategy, including test planning and execution.
• Collaborate closely withTools Development teamsto ensure consistent and high-quality project delivery.
• IdentifyQA process bottlenecksand recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead and overseecontinuous improvement initiativesacross tools and processes.
• Collect and analyze quality data and definekey quality metrics (KPIs)for tool performance.
• Prepare, present, and communicatequality reports, dashboards, and metricsto Senior Management.

Education Requirements:

• Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Information Technology
• Preferred: Master’s, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Information Technology
