Smartsheet is looking for a Sr Account Solutions Executive to drive growth for Brandfolder in the APAC region. This role bridges the gap between sales and technical solutions, requiring a blend of prospecting expertise and technical fluency. You will identify customer needs, build tailored value propositions, articulate the value and ROI of the product, deliver compelling demos, and manage the sales cycle from discovery to close, along with ensuring renewals. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our regional Smartsheet Account Executives to deliver cohesive solutions that drive customer success and renewals.
This role will report to the General Manager, Brandfolder based out of India.
You will:
- Develop and execute territory strategy for APAC, drive new business development for Brandfolder within assigned territory, managing the full sales cycle from lead identification to close.
- Lead discovery conversations and deep-dive technical assessments to understand customer business processes, challenges and requirements
- Design and present tailored Brandfolder solutions, including business cases and ROI justifications
- Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations to both business and technical stakeholders, customize pitch decks and messaging to resonate with specific customer contexts
- Lead cross-functional account strategy, align regional Smartsheet AEs on territory planning, co-selling and bundled solutions
- Serve as the technical and solutions lead in complex sales cycles, collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams on deal execution
- Influence product roadmap by synthesizing feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence and drive quarterly strategy reviews with leadership.
- Respond to RFPs and technical evaluation documents, articulate product capabilities and address security or technical requirements
- Establish regional sales playbooks and demonstrate thought leadership
- Manage strategic account relationships across executive leadership, develop 5-year account plans for key customers and drive expansion revenue
- Establish regional sales playbooks, thought-leadership, maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking in Salesforce using MEDDIC qualification methods
- Support customer onboarding and transition to implementation teams with ongoing technical guidance
- Travel to customer sites as needed to support pre-sales activities and demonstrate technical expertise
You have:
- 8+ years of full sales cycle experience or pre-sales solutions engineering in SaaS B2B enterprise software, with a proven track record of quota attainment and/or closing deals
- Deep understanding of the sales process and ability to identify and advance opportunities through each stage
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills, ability to ask probing questions and synthesize customer requirements into solution recommendations
- Technical aptitude and working knowledge of cloud SaaS products, integrations, APIs and enterprise workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable explaining technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Experience developing messaging, business cases and ROI analyses that resonate with customer buyers
- Self-starter mentality with proven ability to identify market opportunities and run sales plays independently
- Natural curiosity and intellectual humility, bias toward continuous learning and improvement
- Proven ability to manage pressure, persist through setbacks and maintain resilience in a competitive sales environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, familiarity with sales tools such as 6Sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Outreach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong executive presence
- Experience selling across Asia Pacific and Japan preferred

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education and professional experience

- Background in product marketing, solution architecture or technical sales engineering

- Previous experience in regional leadership
