THE WORK
As a JuniorGenAIEngineer,you’lljoin a team thatcreates innovative GenAI and agentic AI toolsfor major companies.
We'relooking for people who are genuinely curious about Generative AI and proactively followwhat'shappening inthe space-new models, tools, and techniques. Ifyou'reexcited about applying AI to solvereal businessproblems atscale,you'llfit right in.
You will:
Build next-generation GenAI applications and autonomous multi-agent systemsfor top-tier enterprise clients-using Python, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), and open-source models
Design enterprise-grade RAG solutions and agentic workflowsthat reason, act, and make decisions at scale
Evaluate and stress-test AI outputs-hunting down hallucinations, edge cases, and failure modes before they reach production
Deploy solutions to cloud environments(AWS, Azure, or GCP) with real-world performance and security requirements
Collaborate with senior engineers and consultants who are shaping how leading enterprises adopt AI
Flexible:The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstancesWithall our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
Solid proficiency in Python and basic SQL knowledge
Basic backend experience-understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, and how client-server communication works
Hands-on experience with foundation models (LLMs) and an understanding of how embeddings and vector search work
Familiarity with agentic frameworks(e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, ADK) and an understanding of agentic architecture concepts (agents with memory, tools, and autonomous decision-making)
Awareness of the Model Context Protocol (MCP)and how it connects AI agents to external systems
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools(e.g., Cursor, Copilot, or similar) — we expect these to be a core part of your daily workflow, not an occasional add-on
Good command of English (min. B2)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
Experience building RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, or working with vector databases
Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems or autonomous AI workflowsin personal, academic, or professional projects
Familiarity withLLMOpspracticesand CI/CD for AI applications
Contributions to open-source projects, hackathon experience, or a public GitHub portfolio
Basic cloud experience(AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with containerization and API tooling (Docker,FastAPI, Flask)
Understanding ofResponsible AIprinciples and model evaluation techniques
