As an Infrastructure Systems Engineer, your day involves designing, deploying, and automating complex cluster and artificial intelligence infrastructure. You will work across various operating systems, workload schedulers, and platform components to ensure seamless orchestration and efficient resource management. Your role focuses on maintaining scalable and reliable compute operations by carefully managing scheduling policies and optimizing resource utilization to meet organizational needs.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Management.
- Strong expertise in managing and optimizing database systems to support large-scale infrastructure.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting to streamline deployment and maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of cluster management and orchestration frameworks to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Ability to monitor and analyze resource utilization to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Familiarity with workload schedulers and platform components integration.

- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Database Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
