The Team
The Clients and Markets Acceleration Team’s (CMAT) Growth Platforms Team is comprised of professional alliance relationship managers, marketers, and architects dedicated to driving successful technology relationships. Within the Portfolio Managed cohort, this team enables differentiated, innovative go-to-market (GTM) solutions that provide quantified value to clients and incremental revenue to the firm.

Work You’ll Do
Do you excel at building relationships and enjoy bringing go-to-market (GTM) strategies to life? If so, you may be a great fit for our Relationship Executive, Palantir Alliance role. You will establish and nurture executive-level relationships with Deloitte and alliance partner leadership as part of a strategic and growing practice.
As the Relationship Executive at the Manager level, you will drive solution alignment, pipeline shaping, and GTM execution in support of the Lead Alliance Partner.
- Strategic Leadership: Drive Deloitte + Alliance solution alignment, translate market signals into account actions, and shape deal-level win strategy.
- GTM Execution: Coordinate GTM execution across offerings and improve adoption through practical enablement and reusable assets.
- Pipeline Management: Lead disciplined pipeline shaping and stage progression; drive co-sell attribution and partner engagement.
- Talent Development: Coach and manage 1–2 aligned professionals across US and USI; actively contribute to a Community of Practice.
- Executive Engagement: Support QBRs, executive forums, and market-facing eminence activities with alliance partners.

- 3-Year Plan: Delivers measurable progress against the roadmap through on-time milestones and stakeholder alignment.
- Cross-OP GTM: Executes coordinated Cross-OP GTM with effective sales/marketing support aligned to priority plays.
- Eminence: Demonstrates market-facing execution with partners (content, events, executive sessions) with clear follow-through into pursuits.
- Growth: Activates pursuits externally and builds enablement adoption and team capability internally.
- Market Contributions: Contributes to a new adjacency/segment with reusable firm assets and market-facing outputs.
Quantitative Targets
- Achieve 100% of the FY sales plan for the assigned alliance/relationship.
- Achieve 100% of the partner-sourced growth plan.
- Achieve 100% of the certified professionals plan.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with C-suite executives, technical teams, and sales leadership.
- Proven ability to translate technical signals into business and sales opportunities.
- Strong executive presence and ability to serve as a single-thread leader for alliance operations.
- Savvy at navigating complex organizations to connect stakeholders and drive joint solution opportunities.
- Experience coaching 1–2 aligned professionals and contributing to a Community of Practice.
- Highly organized and self-sufficient, with a strong aptitude for operational detail and market impact.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in alliance management or equivalent vendor experience.
- 4+ years of working knowledge of alliances and the marketing space.
- 4+ years articulating value proposition for alliance products.
- 4+ years fostering and driving relationships within your alliance’s business lines.
- Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $122,000-$240,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
