We are currently seeking an ambifious individual to join our HSBC Amanah team in the role of Premier Financial Manager, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
Principal Responsibilifies:
-To implement and manage account-planning acfivity (porffolio management) in order to meet all specified targets according to the Sales Plan
-To contribute towards the branch and PFS business profitability
-The job holder will also need to ensure that quarterly reviews are conducted on his/her porffolio of Premier customers with more than RM 1.5 million TRB.
-The job holder must confinuously retain and grow these customers by understanding their financial needs and level of safisfacfion.
-Having joint discussion with Line Managers to analyze the financial and economic market to develop a sales plan and strategy
-Work with Line Managers to plan daily/weekly/monthly sales acfivifies as per the sales plan and strategy
-Consistently analyse / review customers porffolio every quarter to confinuously seek opportunifies to offer customers solufions through a range of Wealth Management products
-Effecfively manage all acfions plans for growing new relafionships, retaining and deepening exisfing customer porffolios
-Ensure that up-to-date and accurate customer informafion , sales acfivifies are entered and kept in the Bank's systems (e.g. HUB, CRMS, RIS etc) at all fimes
-Constantly kept updated on all audit recommendafions to ensure compliance to those relafing to acquisifion of Premier Customers.
Qualificafions
-A recognized terfiary Diploma / Degree qualificafion
-Completed or currently pursuing Cerfified Financial Planner course
-Minimum 5 years sales experience as a Personal Relafionship Banker and ability to manage high net worth customers.
-Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, posifive aftitude, willingness to change and learn, customer focused, professional and a team player
-Strong communicafion, client focus and influencing skills.
-Strong sales orientafion, networking and porffolio management skills.
-Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relafionship management system.
-Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operafing environment.
-Able to communicate well in English and local languages.
