What you'll do
You will help coordinate and deliver global enablement and transformation initiatives that strengthen how firm Security operates and supports colleagues across the firm.
You will provide day-to-day coordination across a range of initiatives, helping workstreams stay organized, connected, and on track. Your responsibilities may include maintaining project plans and trackers, coordinating meetings and workshops, following up on actions and deliverables, preparing communications and materials, and maintaining accurate program documentation.
Data is a core part of how firm Security operates, and you will help maintain the quality and accuracy of key operational and program data. This will include regular data maintenance, identifying and resolving gaps or inconsistencies, and supporting reporting and analysis to enable effective decision-making.
You will support firm Security capability-building and transformation efforts, including training, the Security Ambassador program, user engagement, user testing, and the rollout of new processes, tools, and ways of working. You will help gather feedback, track participation and outcomes, and support continuous improvement of these initiatives.
You will also participate in firm Security’s global follow-the-sun incident management model, supporting the triage and management of incidents and inquiries and helping ensure effective handovers and continuity of response across regions.
Your work requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through, alongside the ability to work proactively across multiple priorities in a global environment.
Your will help turn ideas into action by providing the coordination, data quality, and structure needed to deliver change effectively, strengthen firm Security capabilities, and ultimately help keep our people safe and secure.
You will be part of the global firm Security team, reporting to the Manager of Firm Security Engagement.
Your background
- Undergraduate degree and/or relevant professional experience; additional relevant certifications considered
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, security, risk, transformation, enablement, professional services, or a related environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate trackers and documentation, follow through on actions, and deliver high-quality work with limited supervision
- Comfortable maintaining operational data, identifying gaps or inconsistencies, and ensuring information is complete, accurate, and up to date
- Ability to build trusted relationships, anticipate needs, take initiative, and work effectively across a global and non-hierarchical environment
- Able to identify issues, propose practical solutions, and exercise sound judgment when navigating new or ambiguous situations
- Comfortable using digital tools and interested in applying AI, automation, and firm technologies to improve workflows, collaboration, and operational efficiency
- Experience supporting projects, meetings, workshops, training, or other initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and support incident-driven activities where priorities may change quickly
- Ability to participate in rotational follow-the-sun incident management activities as needed.
- Ability to work in person and travel as required
