We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant with deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 technology stack, including Intune, desktop, and device management. This role bridges the gap between technology and business, providing strategic guidance, technical leadership, and hands-on delivery for enterprise-scale clients. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, bringing a blend of strong technical capability and business insight to drive transformational outcomes.

•    10+ years of experience in Technology consulting with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

•    Experience around Microsoft 365 services including Defender suite.
•    Deep hands-on experience with Modern Work solutions including M365 technologies, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Windows 10/11 management, mobile device management (MDM), and mobile application management (MAM).
•    Strong understanding of identity and access management, especially Azure AD, Conditional Access, and MFA.
•    Experience designing and implementing Zero Trust architecture and compliance strategies.
•    Demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with business objectives and ROI.
•    Proven leadership in client-facing roles with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Strong documentation and proposal writing skills.
•    Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Enterprise Administrator Expert, or Security certifications) strongly preferred.

This role is designed to support government customers operating in a regulated environment. As a result, the position is subject to government procurement contracts and/or applicable legal requirements.
