Advisory Manager (Client Associate) in SOEs & Infrastructure team | SEB, Vilnius

What you will do

• Develop and strengthen relationships with Lithuania’s largest public sector institutions, municipalities, State-owned enterprises, and other strategic organizations

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on financing, investment, and long-term development initiatives

• Identify and originate new business opportunities that support public infrastructure, sustainability, digitalization, and economic growth

• Perform high-quality financial and credit analysis and prepare materials for SEB’s credit decision-making bodies

• Lead and coordinate financing processes, ensuring efficient execution and high service quality

• Assess risks, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations aligned with SEB’s credit policies and governance standards

• Collaborate closely with product specialists, legal advisors, risk teams, and colleagues across the Baltic and international SEB network

• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and stronger client engagement

• Stay informed about public sector trends, government priorities, EU funding programs, and market developments

• A university degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field

• Fluent communication skills in Lithuanian and English
