Client Account Lead - Products Industry & AI Transformation (CL6)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Account Lead to drive strategic account growth and transformation initiatives for large multinational clients across Southeast Asia. This role combines executive relationship management, business development, and AI-led transformation advisory to help clients achieve measurable business outcomes while expanding Accenture's presence within strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account planning and growth initiatives for a major Products industry client across Southeast Asia

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, including C-suite executives and business leaders

• Identify, shape, and pursue enterprise transformation opportunities spanning business process transformation, customer experience, operating model redesign, digital platforms, and AI adoption

• Drive executive conversations on AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, data, and analytics to align technology investments with business objectives

• Lead opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, and commercial discussions to support account expansion

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across consulting, technology, operations, data, and industry practices to develop integrated client solutions

• Oversee account governance, pipeline management, forecasting, and financial performance tracking

• Provide strategic insights on industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies impacting client priorities

• Mentor team members and contribute to account leadership and talent development efforts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in consulting, account management, business development, enterprise transformation, or related disciplines

• Proven experience managing strategic relationships within multinational corporations or large enterprise organizations

• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executive stakeholders on business and technology decisions

• Strong experience leading or supporting enterprise transformation, digital transformation, or operational improvement programs

• Working knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, data, and analytics, with the ability to translate technology capabilities into business value

• Track record of supporting account growth, revenue expansion, commercial pursuits, and strategic sales initiatives

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to operate effectively across multicultural teams and multiple Southeast Asia markets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting regional or global strategic accounts

• Industry experience across Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, Health, Life Sciences, or diversified Products sector organizations

• Experience working within matrixed organizations and cross-functional delivery environments

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
