Job Description

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with strong foundational skills across modern web application development, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and AI-assisted software engineering. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who can design, build, and maintain scalable applications while leveraging modern AI tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks (angular, react) and backend technologies.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support business and customer-facing applications.
• Develop efficient, secure, and scalable database solutions, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in cloud environments, with a preference for AWS services.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability through industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development processes.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools such as Kiro (preferred), Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms to accelerate development and improve engineering effectiveness.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience in full stack application development.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.
• Experience developing backend services and APIs using one or more technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Python or Go.
• Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, DynamoDB).
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, RDS, S3, or similar cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of software design principles, API security, authentication, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI-assisted development tools and techniques as part of the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and microservices patterns.
• Experience leveraging AI to build applications and integrating AI-enabled applications, LLMs, or generative AI solutions.
• AWS Certification(s) or equivalent cloud certifications.
