프로젝트 관리분야
범위, 일정, 예산 내에서 프로젝트를 완료하고 고객의 기대치를 충족.
다양한 개발 단계에 있는 다수의 프로젝트를 관리.
모든 당사자들 간의 협상에 참여하고 계약자가 책임을 다하도록 관리.
소유자, 건축가 / 디자이너, 엔지니어, 전문 컨설턴트, 계약자, 공급 업체, 운영자, AHJ 및 기타 이해 관계자를 포함한 대규모 프로젝트 팀의 활동을 조정 및 관리.
특정 프로젝트 관리 프로세스를 개발, 구현 및 유지.
건물주와 세입자의 협상을 지원.
고객과 프로젝트 상황에 대해 적극적으로 소통.
PM 소프트웨어 플랫폼을 활용하여 상세한 재무 및 일정 보고서를 제공.
프로젝트 회의 주도; 회의록을 신속하게 배포하고 적절하게 정리.
프로젝트 위험과 문제를 예측하고 완화 및 관리.
적극적인 문제 해결, 문제 해결 및 핵심 성과 지표 추적.
팀 관리분야
PM 및 코디네이터들 적극 독려, 권한 부여, 감독, 멘토링 및 평가.
기대치를 전달하고 책임감, 우수성, 포용성, 협업 및 혁신 환경을 조성.
관계구축분야
소유주, 건물주, 개발자, 기관, 컨설턴트 및 계약자와 신뢰 구축.
JLL 동료와 협력하여 JLL의 통합 부동산 서비스 플랫폼을 활용.
신규 및 기존 비즈니스 관계 형성.
성장관련 분야
프로젝트 리드를 소싱, 프로젝트 기회를 주도하고, JLL의 가치를 제시하고, 새로운 비즈니스를 확보.

지원 자격은:
10 년 이상의 관련 설계 및 건설 프로젝트 관리 경험 소유자.
PMP 인증이 있는 분 선호
최소한의 감독으로 기밀을 유지 및 판단을 활용하며 작업 할 수 있는 분.
리더십, 책임감, 대응력을 입증하고 긴박감을 가지고 적극적으로 운영할 수 있는 분.
강력한 분석 기술과 재정적 통찰력으로 뛰어난 대인 관계 기술 소유자.
빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 우선 순위를 지정하고 기한을 맞추는 적응성 소유자.
필요에 따라 근무 시간 및 이동에 대한 유연성 소유자
하나 이상의 PM 소프트웨어 플랫폼과 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project 및 Outlook)에 능숙한 분.

Who we are:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager with diversified experience in commercial real estate to join our Project and Development Services team. Subject matter expertise in any of the following practices: corporate office interiors, ground-up development, hospitality, or industrial is preferred.
What this job involves:
A recognized leader in the design and construction industry, candidates will be responsible for:
Project Management
- Ensuring projects are completed within scope, schedule, budget, and meeting client expectations.
- Managing multiple projects in various phases of development.
- Negotiating and holding all parties accountable to their contracts.
- Coordinating the activities of large project teams including owners, architects/designers, engineers, specialty consultants, contractors, suppliers, operators, AHJs and other stakeholders.
- Developing, implementing and maintaining specified project management processes.
- Supporting landlord and tenant negotiations.
- Proactively communicating project status with clients.
- Providing detailed financial and schedule reports utilizing our PM software platform.
- Leading project meetings; ensuring minutes are quickly distributed and properly filed.
- Foreseeing and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Actively troubleshooting, problem solving and tracking key performance indicators.
Team Management
- Energizing, empowering, supervising, mentoring, and evaluating PMs and Coordinators.
- Conveying expectations and fostering an environment of accountability, excellence, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
Relationships
- Building trust with owners, landlords, developers, institutions, consultants, and contractors.
- Collaborating with JLL peers to leverage JLL’s vertically integrated real estate services platform.
- Cultivating new and existing business relationships.
Growth
- Sourcing leads, leading pursuits, pitching our value proposition, and securing new business.
- Strategically networking and positioning JLL as a leader in project management services.
Sound like you? Before you apply it’s also worth knowing what we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of relevant design and construction project management experience is required.
- PMP Certification is an asset.
- Able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated leadership, accountability, responsiveness, and proactively operating with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized with strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
- Adaptability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed.
- Proficient in at least one PM software platform and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook).
- Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
