• Supervision and management of the Credit Control and Monitoring activities for the borrowing clientele of the Bank
• Managing the credit control activities within the approved budget / resources
• Ensure credit control team is well equipped to carry out their responsibilities
• Continuous improvement of the existing processes and systems to achieve better controls, scalability and synergy
• Managing a team of Credit Control Officers and Control Managers in performing all end-to-end activities pertaining to the credit control function.
