Key Responsibilities:

• As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
• Apply deep technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex software issues across various system components.
• Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative problem-solving environment.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of improvements that enhance system reliability and performance.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand challenges and align support efforts with business priorities.
• Analyze recurring issues to develop preventive strategies and reduce future incidents.

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience
• Advanced proficiency in Java Full Stack Development
• Associates degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Apache Kafka
• Advanced proficiency in Angular Application Remediation Engineering Support and Microservices Architecture

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
