As a Business Intelligence Engineer, your day involves creating and enhancing interfaces that deliver data-driven insights and knowledge to support informed decision-making. You will be engaged in the development, migration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of these systems, ensuring they are reliable and accessible. A key part of your role includes integrating robust security measures and data privacy protections to safeguard sensitive information. Collaboration with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals and user needs is a continuous aspect of your work, fostering an environment where data empowers strategic actions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective visualization solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize data visualization tools and dashboards to enhance user experience and performance.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices in data visualization and security integration.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovative approaches.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Visualization.
- Strong skills in designing and implementing interactive dashboards and reports that effectively communicate complex data.
- Experience with data integration techniques to combine data from multiple sources into cohesive visual presentations.
- Ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency through rigorous validation and testing of visualization outputs.
- Familiarity with security protocols and data privacy standards to embed protection mechanisms within visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data representation and system performance.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Visualization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
