You will support and improve user access management services across Macquarie Capital Technology, working with experienced engineers to investigate access-related issues, support application onboarding, maintain documentation, and ensure access requests are managed accurately.
You will also have the opportunity to build automation, develop integrations and strengthen operational processes using modern engineering practices.
- A foundation in software development, DevOps, engineering or technology gained through work, internships, personal projects or study
- Practical coding skills in Java or another object-oriented programming language, with an interest in automation and technology improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity about how systems operate end to end, and the ability to learn quickly
- Clear communication skills with the confidence to collaborate with engineers and stakeholders and explain technical concepts effectively
- Experience or exposure to software development, automation or DevOps projects
- Knowledge of identity and access management concepts or platforms such as SailPoint, Git, continuous integration and continuous delivery, automated testing, application programming interfaces, Linux, cloud services, containers, infrastructure automation, application onboarding, access provisioning, approval workflows, production support or Agile delivery practices will be an advantage.
