ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW: Fraud Operations team reviews potential fraud alerts triggered by the Fraud Strategies to help mitigate fraud risks across the lifecycle of a

customer. Additionally, the team caters to customers who have been victims of fraud by reporting, investigating and processing fraud cases.

This team is Spread across 7 sites in Asia and U.S. With this team You will gain some unique experiences, both at a functional and

leadership level.

ROLE SUMMARY/PURPOSE: The Senior Specialist Fraud will take Inbound calls to the applicants while providing fraud controls ensuring Compliance with regulatory

requirements and industry standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively respond and handle verbal/written inquiries from customers daily.
• Re-considering applications for credit approval.
• Validation of address on applications to promote First Call Resolution.
• Deliver on key performance metrices' -i.e. Productivity, Quality, Compliance, Schedule Adherence and Unscheduled Absenteeism.
• Delivering the required matrices on time while being compliant is important.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Minimum 10 + 2 or above.
• Minimum 0-3 years of experience.
• Should be flexible to work in night and rotational shifts and weekend coverage.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated self-starter as well as a team player
• Ability to analyze data and offer effective solutions
• Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks

WORK TIMINGS: Rotational Shifts and Rotational offs 8:00 AM EST to 12:00 AM EST.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 10 + 2 or above.
• Minimum 0-3 years of experience.
