Overall Objectives of Job

• To support AGCS projects by active participation in Requirement gathering, Solution Design, Process designing, Process Re-engineering and UAT phases.
• Deliver quality and consistent services on SAP BW reporting related processes and projects to various departments within AGCS
• This role offers opportunities to undertake process excellence review work and offers flexibility to jobholder to either develop capability on Business analysis, Project Management or Process Improvement side. 
• The role may involve travel and be open to being away from Trivandrum for limited periods depending on business requirement.
• To Render proactive contribution in Robotics initiatives within AGCS and Allianz Technology
• To provide weekend support for Quarterly Closing as and when required by the business
• To be part of key initiatives and projects; involvement in AGILE methodologies
• Develop and propose solutions for operational issue.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree preferably in Engineering / Finance
• At least 4-5 years professional experience
• Sound knowledge in SAP BW and its reporting applications
• Very high analytical and conceptual skills
• Independent and self-starter. High level of perseverance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity (European)
• Ability to work with senior leadership of the company
• Project management capabilities / experience would be a plus
• Languages: English (fluent) and German (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Visio
• Understanding of insurance accounting topics
