WHAT WE DO: 

• Translate business and user needs into intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences. 
• Support teams to define long-term visions, strategies & new business models that address today’s business needs and future growth (with key focus on Sales, Marketing, Customer Analytics & Service).
• Identify & assess digital solutions & applications required to achieve strategic goals & capture new opportunities.
• Assess the business case for new strategic & investment opportunities.
• Design new business and operating models to deliver strategic change and improve organization agility.
• Manage Experience Strategy Analysts which are part of project delivery team and assign responsibilities on data gathering activities, financial modeling, interviews, research, presentations and others.
• Build and optimize propensity models to predict customer behaviors and improve targeting strategies.
• Develop automated dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights for stakeholders.
• Conduct post-activity evaluation and performance analysis to measure impact and refine future campaigns.
• Interact with client teams to conduct interviews, discuss findings and recommendations.
• Contribute to the business development process by participating in sales meetings, assist/lead proposal development efforts and delivering client presentations.
• Support the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, and business development tools.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Science.
• Strong Data Science competencies supported by solid problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of big data analytics principles, including programming patterns, platforms, and BI. 
• Proven ability to insightful reports and hands on experience in machine learning.
• Experience working with SQL and Python. 
• Proficiency with statistical and econometric modelling.
• Confidence and experience presenting analytics work to diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership and executive-level audiences. 
• Fluency in English (C1–C2) and Polish (B2-C1).  

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: 

• Knowledge of agile ways of working, optimization and recommendation methods.
• Marketing campaign acumen – targeting the right audiences with the right message at the right time.
• Interest in Gen AI and staying up to date with trends -  our team has a lot of innovative projects, we’d be happy if you’ve experience designing Gen AI and conversational experience, but you will also have an opportunity to learn on the job. 
• Experience in consulting.
