Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
The Inside Sales Account Rep Sr. Analyst will be responsible for driving incremental hardware SMB revenue through a proactive, full-cycle sales motion. The team will work across both outbound and inbound opportunities, including dormant customers, eCommerce hand raisers, in-store leads, and customers with prior purchases that may be ready for refresh or expansion.
Responsibilities:
Prioritize customer and lead lists based on purchase history, product mix, spend, and likely refresh opportunity.
Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to re-engage dormant SMB customers and generate new sales opportunities.
Follow up on eCommerce and retail hand raisers, understand customer needs, and convert interest into qualified opportunities.
Own the sales cycle from initial outreach through discovery, proposal, follow-up, and purchase.
Identify opportunities to expand customer spend through product refresh, additional devices, and broader client solutions.
Maintain strong pipeline discipline and track performance against response rate, conversion rate, and revenue generated relative to pilot cost.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of full cycle sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of full cycle sales experience
- Experience selling hardware
This role is in office 4 days per week in Atlanta.
