We're looking for a talented RPA / Power Automate Developer to join our automation team and help transform business processes through technology.

In this role, you'll design, build, and support automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and RPA technologies. You'll work alongside business and technical teams, contribute to innovative automation initiatives, and have opportunities to grow your skills in a collaborative global environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop Flows.
• Build end-to-end automation solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Integrate systems and applications through APIs, connectors, and Microsoft technologies.
• Support, monitor, and optimize production automations to ensure reliability and performance.
• Participate in solution design, testing, code reviews, documentation, and release activities.
• Continuously improve existing automations and promote automation best practices.
• Support governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Share knowledge with team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Take ownership of assigned solutions and help resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Good English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA, workflow automation, or Power Platform development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, Power Apps, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Solid understanding of workflow automation, process design, and RPA best practices
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, connectors, and data flows
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting production automation solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Proven experience leading a project or support team in a Technical Lead capacity
• Ability to take technical ownership of solutions and guide development activities
