We are looking for a Principal, Growth Platforms & Decisioning to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Martech & AI Decisioning. This role will help lead the growth strategies, platforms, and AI decisioning capabilities that determine how MoneyLion engages customers across lifecycle and in-product experiences.
You’ll own high-impact growth and decisioning programs from strategy through scale - deciding where AI and automation can create incremental value, setting the objectives and guardrails for our agents, defining how success is measured, and turning what we learn into better decisions about who we engage, when, where, and with what experience.
You’ll also help shape the platforms and capabilities that make this possible at scale. Working across Hightouch, Iterable, Snowflake, Delphina, and other parts of our modern data and martech stack, you’ll define how these systems work together and turn new growth ideas into reusable capabilities. You’ll help create increasingly dynamic and personalized experiences across lifecycle, in-product, and other digital touchpoints.
This is a senior individual contributor role with broad ownership and decision-making authority. You’ll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, set strategy and priorities
Key Responsibilities
Own the strategy, roadmap, and business performance of AI decisioning and growth programs, identifying where AI, automation, experimentation, and personalization can create incremental growth, revenue, customer value, or operating efficiency across lifecycle, in-product, and other digital experiences.
Define how our AI decisioning systems operate, including their objectives, audiences, eligibility and routing logic, frequency controls, guardrails, success metrics, and the experimentation and measurement frameworks used to evaluate true incremental impact.
Develop a deep understanding of the customer signals, data, models, and systems that power our growth programs, using AI-powered tools and analytics to uncover opportunities, diagnose performance, and make faster, better decisions.
Partner closely with Product, Lifecycle, Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering to translate growth opportunities into scalable strategies, capabilities, and experiences.
Shape and evolve our growth technology ecosystem, including how Hightouch, Iterable, Snowflake, Delphina, and related tools work together, and turn new growth ideas and recurring business needs into reusable capabilities.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
7+ years of professional experience, with demonstrated experience across growth, product, martech, experimentation, decisioning, marketing analytics, CRM, or related disciplines.
A strong track record of owning complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous problems through strategy, execution, and measurable business outcomes.
Strong knowledge of experimentation and measurement, including A/B testing, holdouts, incrementality, attribution, and using results to make business and investment decisions.
Strong analytical and technical judgment, with the ability to understand how customer data, models, systems, and business processes connect and translate that understanding into clear priorities and actions.
Experience working with marketing automation, decisioning, experimentation, customer data, or growth platforms. Experience with platforms such as Hightouch, Iterable, Braze, or similar technologies is a plus.
Comfort working with AI-powered systems, automated workflows, and emerging technologies, with the ability to quickly understand where new capabilities can create meaningful business value.
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams and make complex concepts clear and actionable.
A high degree of ownership and autonomy - you create clarity in ambiguous environments, set priorities, make sound tradeoffs, remove blockers, and see work through from idea to measurable result.
Experience in fintech, marketplaces, consumer technology, subscriptions, or another fast-moving digital business is a plus.
