Key Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will drive our business full-time by developing visually effective materials for both internal and external audiences:

• Enhance the quality and competitiveness of proposals and client materials through strategic visual communication.
• Support growth through high-impact campaign, event, and thought leadership assets.
• Build a strong understanding of the organization’s purpose, values, and brand priorities, and identify opportunities to create meaningful impact through design.
• Translate complex business and client-facing content into clear, engaging, and visually compelling materials across presentations, proposals, reports, infographics, and other marketing assets.
• Manage multiple creative projects from brief to final delivery, coordinating timelines, priorities, stakeholder feedback, and approvals to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, business teams, agencies, and vendors, to understand requirements and deliver effective, fit-for-purpose creative solutions.
• Lead the design workstream for bids, pursuits, proposals, and other client-facing materials, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned outputs that enhance win themes and market impact.
• Produce print and digital assets in line with brand guidelines and quality standards, ensuring consistency across layout, typography, imagery, messaging, and overall visual identity.
• Develop and maintain templates, visual assets, and design standards to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across creative outputs.
• Contribute to campaigns, thought leadership, event communications, and brand-building initiatives through strong visual identities and engaging content across multiple formats.
• Support multimedia and content creation needs, including presentations, digital assets, animation, photography, photoshoot support, and visual storytelling where required.
• Use AI tools and creative technologies to streamline workflows, improve output quality, and drive innovation in design delivery.
• Demonstrate accountability, effective collaboration, and a strong understanding of business priorities to deliver work that creates meaningful impact through design.
