Sales Specialist HPC/AI Products (Southeastern US)This role has been designated as ‘Remote/Teleworker’, which means you will primarily work from home.

Job Description:

HPE is seeking a Sales Specialists to sell our HPC (High Performance Computing) and AI Infrastructure products, services, and software solutions to prospective customers in the Southeastern United States.  This will require travel to external customer sites within Georgia, Florida,  Alabama, and South Carolina.

This person will collaborate with and supports Account Managers and provides specialist expertise within the sales team. Drives proactive campaigns to build the pipeline, uses specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close opportunities. May have named accounts allocated, cover a designated geography.

The HPC and AI Sales Specialist will be tasked with growing this territory.

LOCATION:   Must reside and be able to travel to Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and South Carolina.       

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

     Sales Growth & Territory Development

·       Build and maintain a long-term sales pipeline.

·       Identify and develop net-new opportunities.

·       Expand existing customer relationships.

·       Increase HPE market share within HPC and AI solutions.

    Customer Engagement

·       Establish trusted advisor relationships with executives and technical stakeholders.

·       Engage CIOs, CTOs, AI leaders, researchers, and business decision-makers.

·       Understand customer business objectives and align HPE solutions accordingly.

Solution Selling

·       Position and sell complex HPC and AI infrastructure solutions.

·       Develop business cases and value propositions.

·       Lead opportunity qualification, negotiations, and deal closure.

Account Team Collaboration

·       Partner with Account Managers and solution teams.

·       Support strategic account planning and execution.

·       Help integrate hardware, software, and services into comprehensive customer solutions.

Market Leadership

·       Maintain expertise in:

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:  

·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

·       MBA or advanced degree is a benefit

·       5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.

·       3 + years of HPC and AI sales experience.

·       Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

·       Experience managing complex sales cycles and executive relationships

– United States of America: Annual Salary USD 216,000 - 507,000 in Alabama & Florida & Georgia & South Carolina
This range reflects the minimum to maximum combined base and target-level sales compensation that would be paid if the hire performs at 100% of their sales plan. Of that on-target pay amount, the mix of base salary and target-level sales compensation is 60%/40%."
