Your day-to-day work will involve technical problem-solving, analyze complex systems, and ensure seamless system correlation to drive efficiency and innovation.

(6-9 months depending on business needs).

Business group

You will be joining Intel's Design Sales Acceleration (DSA) group, a team dedicated to providing design validation tools and services to Intel’s customers that power the world's digital infrastructure with their Intel-based designs.

As part of DSA, you will collaborate with experts in system design and simulation to enhance critical technologies supporting Intel's broader mission to shape the future of computing and connectivity.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Analyze system-level challenges and identify innovative solutions to optimize performance and correlation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement pre-silicon testing methodologies.
• Develop and execute detailed validation plans to ensure system-level accuracy and reliability.
• Use data-driven techniques to support decision-making and enhance processes.
• Provide clear documentation and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance tools and techniques to improve system validation workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications, you must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience:
  • in platform hardware design, including PCB development, component specification, and system-level integration.
  • in PCB design tools and schematic capture software.
  • with BOM cost analysis and design tradeoffs at the board and system levels.
  • debugging and resolving hardware issues during system bring-up and power-on activities.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of hardware verification methods and validation processes.
• Experience in thermal solutions, materials testing, or packaging design for electronic hardware.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00 (Hourly Role)The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
