Job Description

As an OM Bank Client Relations Consultant in Paarl, you will be the primary point of contact for Old Mutual Bank clients, focusing on building strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and identifying financial solutions to meet their needs.

Job Responsibilities
* Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions through consultative selling techniques.
* Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships by consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
* Utilize probing questions to uncover customer requirements and identify sales opportunities for various Old Mutual Bank products and services, including upselling.
* Manage customer data accurately and efficiently, adhering to data management protocols.
* Leverage digital consumer engagement strategies to connect with clients and enhance their banking experience.
* Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and improve customer engagement strategies.
* Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of customer service operations.
* Continuously strive to strengthen customer relationships and foster loyalty.

Job Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer-focused role, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and identifying sales opportunities.
* Strong skills in customer complaint management and customer feedback management.
* Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
* Proficient in customer understanding and utilizing probing questions.
* Experience with data management and sales data management.
* Familiarity with digital consumer engagement strategies.
* A strong commitment to strengthening customer relationships.
* Ability to effectively upsell products and services.
